For the past 30+ years, she has accomplished many important roles within Family Bridges Inc, building and supporting the organization’s infrastructure, including:

Chief Operating Officer

Oversees 4 programs and 3 departments including Social Services, Hong Lok Senior Center, Friendly Visitors, Lake Merritt Child Care Center, Human Resources, Fund Development, and IT.

Director and Manager of Marketing and Development

Developed and executed marketing strategies, expanded program services and built strong relationships with donors and sponsors. Organized events, fundraisers, and donor cultivation.

Public Relations Manager

Promoted agency mission and services, expanding community visibility.

Activity Coordinator

Organized activities for seniors with health issues at Hong Fook Center.

The above requires her exceptional networking skills, team building, curtailing conflict management, recognizes community engagement and collaboration, her multi-lingual ability in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, substantial knowledge of Medi-Cal policies, public benefits, managed health care, long-term care issues and good multicultural awareness with high level of cultural sensitivity.
