Community Mediation
Our Community Mediators respond to non-life-threatening emergencies and provide de-escalation and support services.

Community Engagement
Through partnerships and programming, we provide enriching educational opportunities for the community.
Empathy Tours – Guided tours of Oakland Chinatown and Downtown with local schools and organizations, where participants learn from Community Mediators about violence prevention and community resources.
Community Education – Programs developed with local partners to promote bias awareness, violence prevention, and community healing.
